Minecraft forge failed to download libraries

I've downloaded forge files (tried with universal, installer and launcher) and after running it, it says that it failed to download some libraries.

I've tried to download forge 1.8.9 and 1.7.10 (for pvp) and whenever I try to download it and launch it, it either crashing the minecraft launcher or says. Failed to download file, the file contents differ from what was expected.
